About the position

The Product Marketing Director at Registrar Corp will lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for the company's software and service offerings. This role is crucial for positioning products effectively in the regulatory compliance industry, driving adoption, and enhancing market presence. The director will collaborate with various teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, to articulate the value of solutions and support the company's mission of promoting consumer health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Oversee the creation of content such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
  • Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Develop tools and training for the Sales team to communicate product value.
  • Collaborate with the Web team to ensure messaging alignment across service/product lines.
  • Design campaigns with the Demand Generation team to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Build and refine detailed buyer personas and gather customer insights.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key customers for testimonials and referrals.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive product adoption and retention strategies.
  • Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives and report on KPIs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance or related industries is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
