As a Product Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Go-To-Market strategy for our core Travel product, which is highly regarded by over 10,000 customers globally. Your primary responsibility will be to become an expert on our buyers, users, product, and value proposition. You will serve as the essential link between our product, marketing, and sales teams, tasked with defining our travel market narrative, product positioning, messaging, and identifying target audiences. This role is crucial in building and executing a high-performing product marketing strategy, focusing on three key areas: defining a compelling narrative around our Travel product, enabling our go-to-market teams to deliver value, and exploring opportunities for expansion into new offerings or verticals. In this capacity, you will help us gain a deeper understanding of our customers and effectively communicate our story to them. Collaborating with PR, Demand, and Growth teams, you will ensure that our messaging resonates authentically and compellingly with our audience. Your leadership will be instrumental in owning the messaging and positioning for our core Travel product, as well as defining segment-level messaging that aligns with our overall strategy. You will also be responsible for key product marketing initiatives, which include developing messaging, creating enablement assets, conducting competitive analysis, and managing large cross-functional and global product launches. Working closely with the Brand team, you will refine our Travel narrative and create supporting materials that empower our field teams to convey our story with conviction while proactively addressing the competitive landscape. Additionally, you will lead efforts to define our target audiences and ideal customer profiles, understanding their motivations and what drives them to purchase and renew. Mentoring and collaborating with a global team of high-performing Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) will be a key aspect of your role. You will build a library of enablement assets that equip teams with the tools necessary to accelerate sales cycles, secure larger deals, and ensure reliable retention rates. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our messaging and positioning are accurately represented across all Go-To-Market activities, including events, websites, pitch decks, and enablement materials. Partnering closely with the Product team, you will help shape the product roadmap through competitive insights, product positioning, and the execution of key launches that will drive growth, enhance user satisfaction, and increase brand awareness through innovative product launches. As a product expert and evangelist, you will develop a deep understanding of market needs and trends, positioning our offerings effectively. Furthermore, you will collaborate with marketing partners to develop campaigns that effectively communicate product messages to the market, utilizing various channels such as webinars, digital marketing, live events, and videos to generate pipeline and foster customer adoption.
