About the position

The Product Marketing Launch Manager at Whirlpool Corporation is responsible for developing and executing Go-To-Market launch plans for the Front Load Laundry product line. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure successful product launches and maintenance of in-market products. The manager will leverage consumer insights and market research to inform product decisions and will act as the primary marketing contact for product-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product Go-To-Market plan and launch execution results through strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Ensure consumer insights, shopper insights, purchase drivers, and other research are leveraged to drive fact-based, consumer-driven product/feature tradeoff decisions.
  • Project management within a tollgate structure.
  • Act as a primary marketing contact for product platform maintenance of business activities including product specification changes, quality improvement, cost management, and production changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in product, marketing or sales
