About the position

The Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Snowflake will lead product marketing efforts for developer experiences, focusing on innovations like Snowflake Notebooks and Streamlit integration. This high-impact role involves creating go-to-market strategies, collaborating with various teams, and driving community growth to position Snowflake as a leading developer platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs that position Snowflake's developer experiences.
  • Create crisp and compelling messaging, content assets, sales enablement, and more for marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, and other teams to align go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with Developer Relations and Streamlit Community Growth teams to drive hands-on usage and development.
  • Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns.
  • Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction.
  • Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as a thought leader and expert.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of proven product marketing experience ideally related to data management or analytics.
  • Experience with developer marketing and driving community growth preferred.
  • Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills, synthesizing complex information into clear presentations and plans.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights.
  • Technical- and business-benefit understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, on-premises and in the cloud. Experience with database products preferred.
  • BS/BA, MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
