About the position

The position is for a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Snowflake, responsible for leading product marketing initiatives for Snowflake's developer experiences. This role focuses on creating and executing go-to-market strategies for innovative products like Snowflake Notebooks and Streamlit integration, aimed at developers, data scientists, and data engineers. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and success in marketing campaigns, while also providing insights for product enhancements based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs for Snowflake's developer experiences.
  • Create messaging, content assets, and sales enablement materials for marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content marketing, sales, and product management teams to align go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with Developer Relations and Streamlit Community Growth teams to drive hands-on usage and development.
  • Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns.
  • Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on enhancements and future direction.
  • Develop market and competitive intelligence, acting as a thought leader and expert.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of proven product marketing experience, ideally in data management or analytics.
  • Experience with developer marketing and driving community growth preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional team management and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage internal leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear presentations and plans.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and summarize data into actionable insights.
  • Technical and business understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Experience with database products preferred.
  • BS/BA, MBA preferred.
