About The Position

HealthJoy is seeking a key member of the Product Marketing Team to drive the mission of simplifying healthcare benefits. The role involves strategic oversight on product positioning, launch plans, and evaluating the performance of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The candidate will develop a deep understanding of buyers, maintain buyer personas, and advise product management on launch timing based on industry seasonality. The position also requires keeping up with market trends, competitive positioning, and overseeing win/loss analysis programs. The candidate will own product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for benefits engagement product enhancements, collaborating with various teams to drive product awareness and adoption. Post-launch analysis will also be a key responsibility to identify opportunities for improvement.
