About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for 3rd Party Apps Developer Strategy at Microsoft will focus on driving the adoption of AI technologies and enhancing the Windows ecosystem through collaboration with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing ISV relationships, and promoting the capabilities of Windows Copilot PCs, particularly leveraging Neural Processing Units (NPUs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, software development, and a passion for empowering developers.

Responsibilities

  • Build the strategy and execution plan to scale the long tail of ISVs building on the NPU.
  • Partner with multiple Independent Hardware Vendors' ISV programs to launch a unified Windows ISV program.
  • Drive market research to gather insights.
  • Establish and manage an ISV & Developer Advisory Board for feedback and roadmap validation.
  • Identify user scenarios and lead storytelling and demo showcases across marketing moments.
  • Establish gives/gets for ISVs and collaborate with PR for joint press releases.
  • Scale Arm compatibility strategy & execution for long tail ISVs across various applications.
  • Champion the Windows business and brand internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in Software development, Product Management, Tech Product Marketing or Technology Consulting.
  • 2+ years experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
