About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Snap Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advertising solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your market knowledge and analytical mindset to inform the product roadmap. This involves collecting and systematically extracting key themes from marketers who utilize our platform, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and aligned with market needs. You will be tasked with building global go-to-market (GTM) strategies that activate sales within your vertical, coordinating ongoing marketing efforts to enhance awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat's advertising solutions among clients and agencies. In this role, you will own GTM efforts for smaller features and contribute to the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our ad products and solutions. You will lead extensive market research initiatives to identify new content opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative analysis. This includes constantly assessing the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products by analyzing market trends, gathering advertiser feedback, and conducting competitive benchmarking to influence our monetization strategy. Collaboration is key in this position; you will drive successful cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy and planning, tracking success metrics to measure the effectiveness of your initiatives. Additionally, you will inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat's solutions for advertisers, building frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create and socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, account management, sales, or relevant digital marketing work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Solid track record in launching products and driving global adoption.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Looker and Excel.
  • Experience working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams.
