About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Aesthetics at Arthrex is responsible for leading, planning, and executing downstream marketing strategies for aesthetics products and brands. This role involves building relationships with key customers and internal departments to drive new product innovation and support the growth of the aesthetics brand. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop marketing plans, promotional strategies, and sales tools, while also presenting these plans to leadership and managing progress updates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage promotional planning and execution for aesthetics products and brands.
  • Set priorities for promotional focus and allocate resources to key growth product families.
  • Create marketing plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, and market analysis.
  • Develop promotional plans for new and existing products, including key messaging and marketing materials.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop tools and resources to support product lines.
  • Present marketing plans annually to the leadership team and PM team.
  • Lead monthly reviews of progress and updates for the Product Director and PM team.
  • Collaborate with MarComm leadership on priorities and timelines for promotional assets.
  • Provide creative direction on campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research with surgeons and reps to test messaging and obtain feedback on key products.
  • Coordinate with the aesthetics project manager to move assets through the review process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, engineering, or clinical.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years' experience in medical device development, product management, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience in aesthetics markets and/or biologics required.
  • Understanding of all functions involved in product development and marketing preferred.
  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven success in developing and executing promotional campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in medical device marketing or product management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with trade show strategies and execution.
