About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for the Alexa Smart Home Growth Team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth in the Smart Home sector. This role focuses on creating campaigns that inspire both potential and existing customers to adopt and expand their use of smart devices connected to Alexa. The manager will work collaboratively across various teams to ensure successful implementation and measurement of marketing initiatives, ultimately aiming to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction with Smart Home products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaigns that inspire potential and existing customers to start and expand their Smart Home.
  • Create messaging strategies and test new approaches to optimize campaign performance.
  • Own reporting on device connection performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with Research to understand customer barriers and motivations for becoming an Alexa Smart Home customer.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with BI and platform teams to drive improvements.
  • Partner directly with high-volume third-party brands on joint growth plans.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to scale successful campaigns worldwide.
  • Manage external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Present ideas to various levels of the organization to gain support for initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
