About the position

The Amazon Payment Products team is seeking a high-performing marketer to lead the marketing strategy for Amazon Credit Cards. This role involves developing an annual plan to enhance awareness and engagement of credit card benefits among existing cardholders. The marketer will manage projects from inception to execution, collaborating with various teams across Amazon to implement innovative marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives end to end, working with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, product, design, consumer insights, data science, and bank partners to optimize, execute, and deliver campaigns.
  • Work with internal partner teams such as Prime, Retail, and Amazon Advertising to explore and execute in new and existing marketing channels on Amazon.com.
  • Partner with internal design and research teams to create marketing campaigns and conduct market research studies.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate initiatives with key financial partners to ensure a streamlined execution and approval process for launching initiatives.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail in customer communications and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
