About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product adoption and customer retention. This role involves managing the marketing roadmap, driving high-quality conversions across various campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the payment experience for Amazon buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to formulate effective marketing strategies and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategy for driving product adoption and customer retention.
  • Align strategy with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Create, review, and raise the quality of marketing materials such as email, website, and banner contents.
  • Develop new metrics and targeting logic, and implement automated processes for customer targeting.
  • Leverage a variety of channels and tools (e.g., email, website, social, video) to effectively communicate with the right target audiences.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
  • Document plans, performances, and test results.
  • Drive marketing automation, process standardization, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Present ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
