About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Music is responsible for driving listener acquisition and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves optimizing and scaling successful programs while exploring new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills to synthesize customer insights into actionable marketing strategies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the experimentation roadmap for strategic marketing channels, including owned Audio Ads and Alexa placements, to unlock new listener growth opportunities.
  • Deliver goals for successful programs by leading coordination with internal stakeholders, and scale them by improving and streamlining mechanisms.
  • Partner closely with product and tech teams to inform their roadmaps by developing requirements to improve your marketing channels.
  • Define success metrics, establish reporting, and review channel measurement and performance with BIEs and Data Science.
  • Lead cross-functional product marketing go-to-market initiatives in support of new product features.
  • Lead performance business reviews, showcasing insights and results to global stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • MBA and/or advanced degree.
