About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Red Hat Ansible will be responsible for defining and executing the product marketing strategy within the larger Product Marketing Team. This role focuses on driving outbound marketing activities and sales enablement for Red Hat Ansible, ensuring alignment with customer goals and market directions.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer goals and challenges, target markets, use cases, and sales motions for Red Hat Ansible.
• Translate customer insights into effective marketing plans and activities.
• Develop marketing strategy and execution aligned with market directions and product roadmap.
• Create sales plays and tactics focusing on customer pain points and business outcomes.
• Lead content development to drive customer engagement and sales success.
• Evangelize Red Hat Ansible through webinars, social media, and industry events.
• Influence industry analysts and develop customer campaign programs.
• Track success metrics for marketing strategies and execution plans.
• Deliver impactful presentations at key industry events.
• Collaborate with technical marketing and product management on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product or technical marketing experience, preferably with B2B Technology companies.
• Bachelor's degree; master's degree is a plus.
• Critical thinking skills with a proven ability to develop creative solutions.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and business outcomes.
• Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working effectively in a persuasion-oriented, cross-functional environment.
• Basic understanding of common technical jargon in IT, operations, and software development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, IT Automation, and Configuration Management.
• Familiarity with public cloud offerings like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
