The Product Marketing team at Snap Inc. utilizes creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire product roadmaps. This team works collaboratively to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies that demonstrate the role Snapchat plays in the lives of its community and helps businesses grow. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for App Ads to join our Product team. In this role, you will leverage your market knowledge and analytical mindset to inform the product roadmap by systematically extracting key themes from App marketers and developers using the platform. You will be responsible for building regional go-to-market strategies to activate sales and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts aimed at increasing awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat's App advertising solutions among clients and agencies. As the owner of go-to-market efforts for App solutions and features, you will lead the regional development of strategies and initiatives for clients. This includes conducting extensive market research to identify new content opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, assessing the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products based on market trends, advertiser feedback, and competitive benchmarking to influence our monetization strategy. You will also drive successful cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy and planning, track success metrics, and inspire both internal and external teams on Snapchat's App solutions for advertisers. Your role will involve building frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create and socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with public speaking abilities, are essential for presenting to groups of 50-100. You will work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups within Snapchat and across partner organizations, requiring minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, account management, sales, or relevant digital marketing work.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing industry dynamics, especially brand advertising as it pertains to video.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 50-100.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups.

Nice-to-haves

  • Solid track record in launching products and driving global adoption.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker and Excel.
  • Experience working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams.
