As a Product Marketing Manager focused on ArcGIS Pro at Esri, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, demand, and adoption of products that address some of the world's most complex challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various teams to create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. This includes developing product positioning and messaging, orchestrating product launches, and formulating go-to-market strategies. You will be part of a company that is deeply committed to science, sustainability, community, education, research, and fostering positive change in the world. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product management, product engineering, product development, global business development, and corporate marketing. Your efforts will involve researching and understanding market needs to create detailed personas, positioning, and value-based messaging for the products in your portfolio. You will lead, coordinate, and execute product launch and release activities, ensuring effective internal communications and multi-channel customer enablement. Additionally, you will develop and execute a communication strategy for changes in product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing, both internally and externally. Your creativity will be essential as you create multi-channel content and materials designed to inspire and educate prospects and users. This includes web pages, emails, videos, case studies, articles, social content, press releases, and product resources. You will also provide insights into competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and identify key performance indicators to measure content effectiveness and overall performance. Engaging directly with customers through events, webinars, user groups, and interviews will be crucial for gaining a deeper understanding of their needs and experiences, ultimately helping to build a strong community around the products you manage.
