About the position

Rubrik is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead and grow its cloud business. This full-stack PMM role requires an experienced professional who can define strategy in collaboration with leadership and execute cross-functionally to drive strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will align with executive vision, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive and successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the cloud business.
• Craft compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns.
• Produce a variety of marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and presentations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, share insights, and drive cohesive strategies.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting, or marketing-related discipline, with at least 2 years in product marketing or product management.
• Experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact.
• Experience in B2B go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge about AWS/Azure/Google cloud solutions is highly desirable.
