About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Össur is responsible for managing the product portfolio, integrating market intelligence to align opportunity development with market needs, and ensuring successful product launches in the North American region. This role focuses on driving customer experience initiatives and product management, collaborating with various teams to support sales and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and process market intelligence to support product portfolio management and go-to-market strategy development.
• Conduct market research to gather customer insights and identify market opportunities.
• Monitor product line health and track customer segment performance.
• Manage product pricing in line with the value proposition to maximize sales and profit growth.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with market requirements.
• Drive the implementation of the Americas Customer Experience strategy and manage KPI dashboards.
• Support the development of training materials and education plans for customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in product development and managing new product launches.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage high-profile projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with market research (both primary and secondary) and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
