About the position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing initiatives for a new cutting-edge product solution. You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our products are positioned to resonate with target audiences and stand out in a competitive market. The role will report to the head of our cross-functional product team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, key messaging, and differentiation strategies tailored to various buyer personas and market segments.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to align product and marketing roadmaps.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that span digital marketing, content creation, events, and sales enablement to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Equip business development efforts with tools, training, and resources, including presentations, battle cards, and product guides, to effectively communicate product value.
  • Monitor campaign performance and user metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ROI. Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Manage end-to-end launch plans, including communication strategies, client-facing materials, and internal readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a product marketing manager, preferably in fintech, SaaS, and/or insurance environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience successfully launching a new digital product, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, automation).

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance is a plus.
