About the position

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our Product team, dedicated to articulating our unique vision and compelling value proposition to the market. Your primary focus will be on fostering close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and lead initiatives that will significantly contribute to Earnix's accelerating growth within the financial services sector. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for building a strategic framework that emphasizes intelligence-based market awareness and go-to-market (GTM) excellence. Your efforts will be pivotal in delivering on our vision to create a personalized, connected world, with a relentless focus on innovation and what’s next. In this rapidly growing fintech scale-up, you will play a crucial role in conveying the compelling value proposition and differentiation of our offerings to Insurance Carriers and Banks. This will be achieved through engaging storytelling and a talent for simplifying complex concepts. You will collaborate on the direction and prioritization of our product strategy, ensuring that the needs of our GTM teams are met through effective enablement that addresses their priorities while providing strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include leading the creation of a series of playbooks that cover various aspects of our operations, from Sales execution and product launches to campaign support. You will also explore new and unexpected opportunities in the market, interact with key market influencers—including analysts, research firms, and thought leaders—to create a robust flow of external perspectives into critical areas of our company, and develop tactics to capture proof points and success stories from our customers. Maintaining a relentless focus on the ever-changing market landscape will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the direction and prioritization of our product strategy
  • Listen to the needs of our GTM teams and build effective enablement addressing their needs and priorities while providing strategic direction
  • Lead the creation of an ongoing series of playbooks, from Sales execution and product launches to campaign support and more
  • Explore new and unexpected opportunities in the market
  • Interact with market influencers - including analysts, research firms, thought leaders and more - to create a robust information flow of external perspectives into key areas of our company
  • Develop tactics to capture the many proof points and success stories of our customers
  • Maintain a relentless focus on the ever-changing market

Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B(2C) Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience in working within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience using current MarTech tools and platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insight
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
