TikTok is currently seeking an experienced product marketing professional with a background in media to lead the go-to-market strategy for Brand Ads within our Small Business Team. As a vital member of the SMB Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with in-market sales leadership, product teams, retention & lifecycle experts, all within a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, prioritize effectively, solve problems, drive cross-functional alignment, and be an expert in our ads platform and ecosystem. Candidates must have prior experience in brand ads and be familiar with Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) marketing. In this role, you will own the revenue goal and go-to-market strategy for Brand Ads targeting SMB clients. You will utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify various customer segments and product solutions. Understanding the product's value proposition and translating it into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders will be key.
