About the position

The Product Marketing Manager, Clinical at Citeline is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that enhance product awareness, adoption, and growth. This role involves close collaboration with the product team to translate technical features into compelling value propositions, ensuring alignment with market needs and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer insights to understand market problems and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Document and maintain key competitor profiles for product and commercial teams.
  • Recommend industry-specific enhancements for the product portfolio to the Product Management team.
  • Define product suitability for target industry segments and personas, including persona journeys.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate key features and benefits into customer-centric messaging.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in understanding the product and developing sales enablement tools.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in dynamic, fast-moving technology organizations.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality and experience in complex projects.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Strong commercial focus with the ability to create business cases for market-leading products.
  • Passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers.
