The primary purpose of the Product Marketing Manager, cobas liat position is to develop marketing strategies, tools, and tactics that drive growth, profitability, and predictability for the cobas liat portfolio. This role provides leadership within marketing to accomplish strategic and tactical business objectives. The Product Marketing Manager will support the Group Marketing Manager in executing strategy and tactics, business planning processes, cycle and business review meetings, resource management, and developing business area knowledge. The position requires collaboration with local departments and global teams to manage and support programs that ensure the success of the portfolio in the market, including the development of all elements of the marketing mix. In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will effectively work within a cross-functional team to inspire and influence above authority. Responsibilities include developing all marketing deliverables for product commercialization and leading the development of product labeling required for development and US launches. The manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the cobas liat portfolio and total solution, playing a major role in enhancing brand awareness and loyalty through various marketing channels. The position also involves developing and executing strategies, tactics, and programs to drive uptake of the current portfolio in the market. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall value proposition of their assigned portfolio and executing this strategy in the market via multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing. Additionally, the role includes the commercialization of new products, development and execution of launch plans, and field/multi-channel rollout. The manager will serve as a key point of contact for sales collateral, competitive positioning, and customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, requiring specialized and in-depth knowledge and experience in the healthcare field.
