About the position

As a Competitive Intelligence Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Moveworks, you will play a pivotal role in developing a competitive intelligence program that drives our go-to-market strategy and enables our field teams. Your primary objective will be to position Moveworks as the undisputed leader in the AI-driven workplace solutions industry. In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will leverage your expertise to communicate the value of our products effectively and at scale, especially in light of the recent advancements in AI technologies such as ChatGPT and other large language models (LLMs). Your responsibilities will include conducting first-party research into Moveworks and competing products to gain insights into various approaches to solving similar problems. You will need to develop a strong understanding of our competitive differentiators and be able to distill this information for a non-technical audience. Collaborating closely with product managers and technical architects, you will create enablement content that empowers our go-to-market teams to effectively represent our competitive strengths. Additionally, you will maintain and update all tier 1 competitive content to ensure it is readily usable by all GTM teams. You will also be responsible for developing and running a win/loss program that provides valuable insights into our strengths and weaknesses in the market. This role requires a deep and insatiable desire to win, along with the ability to influence requirements and needs that align with our strengths. Responsibilities

  • Develop a competitive intelligence program to drive go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct first-party research into Moveworks and competing products.
  • Develop insights into different approaches for solving similar problems.
  • Create enablement content to empower GTM teams to represent competitive strengths.
  • Maintain and update all tier 1 competitive content for GTM teams.
  • Develop and run a win/loss program to understand strengths and weaknesses.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with GTM teams and PMs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on competitive marketing.
  • Experience in technical marketing where technology is evolving quickly.
  • Experience in enterprise sales and marketing.
  • Ability to conduct first-party research through webinars, blogs, demos, and customer interviews.
  • Excellent at distilling technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at coordinating multiple work streams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
