About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Credit Solutions at CGI will lead strategic marketing initiatives for the CGI Credit Studio credit management platform. This role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight the platform's capabilities in origination, collections, and servicing. The manager will collaborate with product managers, client account teams, and marketing colleagues to promote CGI's offerings and success stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product team and corporate marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and align with CGI's business objectives and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain current strategic marketing materials for the CGI Credit Studio credit management platform including sales presentations, thought leadership blogs and whitepapers, brochures, digital collateral, case studies, and business development resources.
  • Design and contribute to marketing strategies for industry and event campaigns that promote Credit Studio solutions across channels including cgi.com, social media, email, and third party platforms.
  • Contribute to industry and user conference planning and execution.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and nurture campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously optimize and refine marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and generate insights about competitor offerings and positioning strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing functions to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging and branding, and execute go to market campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the product team in building awareness with industry analysts.
  • Support go-to-market relationships and offerings with CGI's external partners and key industry associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint.
