About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Cross-Meta Integrity and Support will drive market requirements and launch plans for Meta's guidance solutions across advertiser interfaces. This role focuses on understanding advertiser needs, ensuring product integrity and safety, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the advertising platform's effectiveness for businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback to represent market requirements internally.
  • Understand advertiser needs and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations for product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions are strategically incorporated into the platform.
  • Focus on integrity and safety-related products while enhancing customer support solutions.
  • Ensure alignment and flexibility across regional and vertical teams to scale impact and meet market-specific needs.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for ad products, guiding teams in client communications, product documentation, and positioning.
  • Drive adoption and identify gaps in integrity and support-related products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing behavior to drive resolution.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with experience in simplifying complex issues.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multitask, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication experience with technical, business, and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity, closely partnering with product management and engineering.
  • Experience in the advertising space, particularly with integrity/trust and safety support products.
