About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Cross-Meta Integrity and Support at Meta is responsible for driving market requirements and launch plans for guidance solutions across advertiser interfaces. This role focuses on understanding advertiser needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of products that enhance integrity, trust, and safety for advertisers. The manager will own the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad products, guiding teams in client communications and product positioning to drive adoption and address gaps in support-related products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback to represent market requirements internally.
  • Understand advertiser needs and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations for product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions are strategically incorporated into the platform.
  • Focus on integrity and safety-related products while enabling efficient support for Meta customers.
  • Ensure alignment and flexibility across regional and vertical teams to scale impact while meeting market-specific needs.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for ad products and solutions, guiding teams in developing client communications and product documentation.
  • Drive adoption and identify gaps in integrity/support related products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing behavior to drive resolution.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with experience simplifying complex issues.
  • Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking, and working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with technical, business, and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity, closely partnering with product management and engineering.
  • Experience in the advertising space with online media and integrity/trust and safety support products.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $99,000 to $151,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.
