About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Synopsys will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy for EDA products, focusing on design for test, silicon lifecycle management, and manufacturing solutions. This position involves collaborating with product management to develop effective messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas throughout the buying journey. The role encompasses driving go-to-market plans, executing successful product launches, and creating content that supports demand generation and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive demand, awareness, and perception for design for test, silicon lifecycle management, and manufacturing solutions.
• Build detailed personas and gain a deep understanding of the markets served to drive impactful marketing programs.
• Develop differentiated, value-based product positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Lead content creation across various platforms including web, e-marketing, presentations, and press releases.
• Understand the competitive landscape and use this intelligence to inform marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including product management, sales, digital marketing, PR, and brand teams to support go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a product marketing role in the EDA and semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of chip technology and market requirements at the silicon and system level.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into customer-focused communications.
• Data-driven, measured, and results-focused approach.
• Experience in developing product marketing plans, positioning, and messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• A B.S degree in business, marketing, or electrical/computer engineering is preferred.
