About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Digital at Rite-Hite is responsible for leading all product marketing efforts for Rite-Hite Digital Solutions. This role involves generating customer and market insights, creating a multi-year marketing strategy, and collaborating with product marketing teams to develop effective product roadmaps. The position focuses on driving innovation, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful product launches while measuring performance through key indicators such as orders, customer retention, and marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute an annual customer insight plan to discover unmet needs and validate product concepts.
  • Lead a regular sales and service advisory board to incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies.
  • Participate in customer experience center visits to capture insights.
  • Define enhancements to the customer experience and integrate them into the marketing plan.
  • Identify and drive insights from key external and internal data and trends to strengthen business investments.
  • Create marketing strategies for product lines to drive profitable growth and demand generation.
  • Provide market-backed pricing views to inform pricing decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and manage product launches effectively.
