About the position

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at KLA is responsible for overseeing service-related business activities across the company's diverse product offerings. This role focuses on optimizing service market share, revenue, and profitability throughout the product lifecycle, from design to maturity. The PMM collaborates with various teams, including product divisions, sales, and field service organizations, to ensure customers derive maximum value from KLA's products. The position requires strategic communication of service growth strategies and active participation in the sales cycle to promote service benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and communicate comprehensive service growth strategies across groups within KLAS, regions, and product divisions.
  • Develop new content including service programs and revenue targets for new products.
  • Define custom offerings, including multi-tool management and data analytics, to enhance product lifetime value.
  • Utilize innovative technologies such as AI and ML in the service portfolio.
  • Participate in the sales cycle to ensure service value communication during product sales.
  • Execute service revenue plans and make necessary course corrections.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve unmet needs.
  • Drive cross-functional programs and product improvements for field release.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field with proven experience.
  • Doctorate degree with 5 years of related work experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor capital equipment business ecosystem, including KLA's customers and competitors.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation abilities.
  • Proven cross-functional team leadership at strategic and tactical levels.
