About the position

Figma is seeking a full-stack Product Marketing Manager to support its platform and partner ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with partners, product, sales, design, and marketing teams to build, launch, and drive adoption of Figma's platform and integrations. The position focuses on developing marketing strategies, messaging, and resources to enhance partner engagement and community growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to create joint marketing plans that help achieve shared goals.
• Identify potential partners to reach new audiences and build co-marketing programs.
• Drive deeper engagement with the platform and integrations through content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on creative co-marketing ideas across various channels.
• Work closely with business development and marketing teams to build and scale repeatable partner programs.
• Provide internal and partner sales teams with resources to effectively position Figma's platform and integrations.
• Track and measure project success to improve programs continuously.
• Grow a community of partners that feel valued.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or a related role.
• Ability to champion the customer and experience in soliciting customer feedback.
• Strong written skills, with the ability to avoid enterprise jargon and adapt to the Figma voice.
• Experience leading and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working directly with customers and/or partners.

• Experience working with design and/or collaborative workflow tools.
