About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Enterprise Platform at Xactly Corporation is responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies for the company's enterprise offerings. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, driving cross-functional initiatives, and amplifying solution offerings to enhance Xactly's competitive differentiation in the Sales Performance Management space. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure the platform's unique value is communicated effectively across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new, unique platform solutions that spawn new go-to-market opportunities and accelerate differentiation.
  • Partner closely with customers and product teams to identify new opportunities for co-development enabled by Xactly's platform.
  • Identify and execute new go-to-market strategies for Xactly's unique platform-enabled solutions with partner ecosystems.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement materials to support sales, solutions consulting, and customer success teams.
  • Own the content strategy for enterprise platform solutions, including messaging and product positioning.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for enterprise platform offerings, identifying opportunities to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with Global System Integrators and technology partners to create joint value propositions and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed persona research to define user needs and provide market intelligence on competitors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, product management, customer success, or related roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience with enterprise architectures, scalability solutions, ETL/ELT, SQL, or APIs.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise software or platform solutions.
  • Experience in content strategy development and crafting messaging for technical and business decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Experience creating and delivering compelling marketing materials and sales enablement content.
  • Strong experience working with partner ecosystems and analyst communities.
