Responsibilities

  • Create narratives for key buying centers to drive engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing and selling motions to fuel growth in Financial Services.
  • Optimize marketing strategies for product target personas aligned with mission areas and solutions.
  • Provide input to compelling content across various asset types and communication platforms.
  • Identify, validate, and develop cross-organizational use cases for products and solutions.
  • Drive scale efficiencies across ServiceNow by participating in planning and process improvements.
  • Act as a spokesperson for ServiceNow products to internal and external audiences.
  • Support key conferences and regional events with speaker selection and content reviews.
  • Develop and deliver sales training content to improve funnel and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technology product marketing experience, particularly in financial services.
  • Strong customer-driven approach with empathy for customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Stakeholder management skills across various functions.
  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Comfortable with social media and community participation.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for sales efforts and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
