About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Fixed Income at Macquarie Asset Management will lead strategic and tactical initiatives related to messaging, positioning, and planning for the firm's municipal bond strategies. This role involves analyzing product performance, delivering internal updates, and developing marketing materials while ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on performance, flows, and trends of Macquarie's product offerings.
• Understand competitive environments, positioning, and potential opportunities.
• Deliver internal product updates and product training to distribution teams.
• Respond to inbound product-related inquiries.
• Develop core product content for marketing materials, websites, and campaigns.
• Curate timely new content for external use through sales channels, thought-leadership, webcasts, podcasts, and quarterly calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, or related area of study.
• 5-8 years of related work experience in product management, specifically within Fixed Income/Municipal Bonds.
• Deep understanding of retail and institutional channels and markets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise and establish rapport with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience crafting relevant content for marketing materials, websites, and campaigns.
