About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at GAF Roads will play a pivotal role in understanding and communicating customer needs across various audiences, including road engineers and government policymakers. This position is responsible for overseeing the commercialization of products and programs, optimizing product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies. The role involves launching new offerings and refining customer personas while managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate market and sales needs into business objectives and delivery requirements for internal stakeholders.
• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the strategic marketing agenda.
• Develop, package, and promote marketing collateral to support products.
• Execute new product launches and coordinate trade shows and installer events.
• Identify opportunities for new offerings and strategies to meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis for new product ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or a similar marketing field.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Advanced analytical skills to understand customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Experience in the building materials, automotive, or agriculture industry.
• Knowledge of asphalt pavement and road maintenance.
