About the position

The Global Product Marketing Team for Creative & Creators is responsible for driving go-to-market efforts for key products and features across TikTok One Creative Suite and TikTok Symphony. TikTok One serves as the central hub for all creative solutions on TikTok, enabling advertisers to commission authentic ad creatives or branded content from creators, collaborate with vetted partners and production agencies, and leverage insights that enhance creativity and sharpen the skills needed for high-impact ad campaigns. TikTok Symphony, a suite of generative AI tools, elevates TikTok content creation by streamlining the process—from scriptwriting to video production and asset optimization—ensuring that businesses can create content efficiently and effectively. As the Global Product Marketing Manager for Creative, you will lead the strategic development, testing, launch, and ongoing marketing and education for Creative products, features, and programs. Our products empower the entire TikTok ecosystem—brands, creators, agencies, talent managers, producers, and more—making ad creatives and branded content accessible and affordable for all advertisers. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with teams across product, regional product marketing, product operations, sales, business marketing, policy, and legal. It is ideal for candidates with a broad and deep experience in both inbound product marketing (product ideation, research, market requirement documents) and outbound product marketing (client-facing go-to-market planning, education, and content).

Responsibilities

  • Lead product testing and outbound go-to-market efforts for priority Creative products and features.
  • Define the GTM strategy, audience segmentation, product and feature naming, value propositions, content strategy, enablement, education, and post-launch optimizations.
  • Partner with data science, user research, business intelligence, and product managers on inbound product marketing efforts.
  • Identify, size, and prioritize high-potential market segments for product and platform expansion, focusing on top verticals, channels, and regions globally.
  • Build strong business cases for innovative products and partner with the product team to refine the Creative roadmap.
  • Set and own measurable goals for product adoption by leveraging cross-functional relationships across Product, Product Operations, Data Science, and regional Product Marketing teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence cross-functional strategies.
  • Use cross-TikTok resources to gain support for product launches while setting realistic expectations during ideation, development, and launch.
  • Proactively document and communicate product and policy updates with stakeholders across TikTok.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience with a proven track record of launching products across multiple regions globally.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, digital advertising, or AI-generated content.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills for decision-making.
  • A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented team player.
