The Global Product Marketing Team for Creative & Creators is responsible for driving go-to-market efforts for key products and features across TikTok One Creative Suite and TikTok Symphony. TikTok One serves as the central hub for all creative solutions on TikTok, enabling advertisers to commission authentic ad creatives or branded content from creators, collaborate with vetted partners and production agencies, and leverage insights that enhance creativity and sharpen the skills needed for high-impact ad campaigns. TikTok Symphony, a suite of generative AI tools, streamlines the content creation process, ensuring that businesses can create content efficiently and effectively. As the Global Product Marketing Manager for Creative, you will lead the strategic development, testing, launch, and ongoing marketing and education for Creative products, features, and programs. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with teams across product, regional product marketing, product operations, sales, business marketing, policy, and legal. You will define the go-to-market strategy, audience segmentation, product and feature naming, value propositions, content strategy, enablement, education, and post-launch optimizations. You will also partner with data science, user research, business intelligence, and product managers on inbound product marketing efforts, identifying and prioritizing high-potential market segments for product and platform expansion. Your responsibilities will include building strong business cases for innovative products, setting measurable goals for product adoption, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence cross-functional strategies. You will document and communicate product and policy updates with stakeholders across TikTok, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.
