About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at NetApp will play a crucial role in the successful launch of new products into the market. This position requires strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement effective go-to-market strategies. The manager will work closely with other Product Marketing Managers and corporate marketing teams to ensure a smooth launch process and drive post-launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop, execute and implement product launch plans, assisting with go-to-market strategies and field activation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing leadership, to ensure successful product launch and post-launch activities.
• Manage communication plans for all stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Create and manage budgets for product launches.
• Drive post-launch activities, including gathering executive and field feedback.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track launch performance and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, product marketing, or marketing communications roles.
• Strong project management skills; experience in developing and executing successful project plans.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; graphics skills and/or advanced PowerPoint skills a plus.
• Proven ability to think and act strategically; see challenges and opportunities as they occur.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing budgets and analyzing market trends.
