About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Intellivo plays a crucial role in driving growth and establishing the company's presence in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) market. This position involves leading the marketing strategy for Intellivo's solutions, focusing on fast and accurate billing of accident-related medical expenses across various healthcare segments. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and customer feedback to develop effective messaging and strategies that resonate with target audiences, ultimately moving customers to action.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Intellivo's offering for the Healthcare RCM market, developing and executing the full-funnel marketing playbook.
  • Develop in-depth buyer personas and ideal customer profiles through voice of customer research and market insights.
  • Build Intellivo's story and messaging for the Healthcare RCM market tailored to various segments.
  • Plan and develop campaigns, creating repeatable and predictable marketing programs from concept to optimization.
  • Cultivate and develop substantive, thought leadership-based content marketing, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Intellivo's Healthcare RCM business, focusing on decision makers in multiple healthcare segments.
  • Maintain a revenue growth mindset focused on key metrics such as meetings, opportunities generated, and closed-won revenue.
  • Partner with Sales to implement effective sales enablement and optimize inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Continuously monitor and report on marketing performance, analyze results, assess ROI, and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Provide competitive intelligence on market solutions and conduct necessary research.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing or related roles required, preferably in the RCM industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling messaging.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
