About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Healthcare Technology at the University of Maryland Medical System is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance awareness, demand, and adoption of the iHarbor innovation portfolio. This role involves collaboration with various teams to influence product development and create effective marketing materials, while also engaging with customers to gather feedback and success stories.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions for healthcare products and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all iHarbor marketing collateral and channels.
  • Collaborate with business, product management, and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and features based on market and user needs.
  • Partner with sales, business development, and product implementation teams to develop tools, training, and resources for effective product evangelism and sales.
  • Provide necessary materials to sales and business development teams to gain user trust and adoption, and to win commercial deals.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and interest in products, including tradeshow and conference events.
  • Create content, webinars, and events that generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Contribute to iHarbor's Voice of Customer Program to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into products.
  • Cultivate relationships with users and customers to gather feedback, success stories, and testimonials related to iHarbor's product portfolio.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing within the healthcare technology and/or software technology sector.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience launching new products and interacting with users of early-stage technologies.
