As a Product Marketing Manager on the Earner team, you will be integral to helping define Uber's global marketing strategy to better understand, attract and engage drivers and couriers. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with team members across Product, Engineering, Policy, Communications, Operations, and Marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to shape how Uber can develop strong relationships with Earners and attract new ones. You will build, develop, and scale comprehensive marketing strategies and toolkits that can be adapted to be locally relevant in each region or country. The ideal candidate should be strategic and creative, possessing excellent communication skills and ideally, experience in building workforce engagement programs at a global brand. In this role, you will craft the learning agenda in partnership with research teams, unifying insights across diverse sources to inform and guide ongoing product development as well as central regional marketing and engagement programs. You will influence and shape Earner product and business strategies and roadmaps to strengthen Earner satisfaction and supply hours, closely partnering with senior leaders within Product, Ops, Comm Ops, Comms, and Policy. Additionally, you will develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for major product launches, creating compelling naming, messaging, positioning, and campaign narratives, while setting goals and metrics for success and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution. Your responsibilities will also include developing comprehensive global marketing strategies and briefs, tailored channel strategies, and guiding cross-functional and regional teams to support local implementation of best practices. You will tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, creating thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems. This position requires a proactive approach, strong leadership presence, and the ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time zones, backgrounds, and functions to push projects to completion.
