About the position

The Product Marketing Manager III at Net Health is responsible for driving market leadership through the development of compelling product narratives and go-to-market strategies. This role involves shaping product messaging and positioning to align with customer needs and market trends, ensuring the successful launch and enhancement of products in the healthcare SaaS sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market dynamics for the products managed, including industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the aligned product, its features, and key differentiators.
  • Develop and own comprehensive product marketing plans in alignment with Business Unit (BU) strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with BU product managers and COE product leadership to refine Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
  • Drive the launch of new products and enhancements of existing offerings in collaboration with BU and COE teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain competitive analyses for product lines, including SWOT analysis.
  • Drive research, planning, and execution of key initiatives to improve business results.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create persuasive marketing materials and provide messaging guidance to customer-facing teams.
  • Act as a liaison between BU's and other marketing functions to drive key marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the demand generation team to integrate product marketing strategies into campaigns.
  • Partner with content marketers to ensure consistent product messaging across all content assets.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to develop sales tools and training materials.
  • Work with customer marketing to tailor messaging for existing customers based on insights from customer feedback programs.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related areas of study, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing, product management, or marketing experience in B2B technology products and services.
  • Practical knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing launch framework or other Product Marketing frameworks is preferred.
  • Health care industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong desire to work with healthcare software/technology products.
  • Self-directed and effective working independently, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational efficiency and multi-tasking skills.
