About the position

The Product Marketing Manager III at Net Health is responsible for driving market leadership through the development of compelling product narratives and go-to-market strategies. This role involves shaping product messaging and positioning to align with customer needs and market trends, ensuring the successful launch and enhancement of products in a dynamic healthcare SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market dynamics for the products managed, including industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the aligned product, product features, and key differentiators.
  • Develop and own comprehensive product marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
  • Drive the launch of new products and enhancements of existing offerings, ensuring successful execution with sales teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain competitive analyses for product lines, including SWOT analysis.
  • Drive research, planning, and execution of key initiatives to improve business results.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create persuasive marketing materials, including brochures and presentation templates.
  • Provide messaging guidance to customer-facing teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and marketing functions to drive key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the demand generation team to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Partner with content marketers to ensure consistent product messaging across all content assets.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to develop sales tools and training materials.
  • Work with customer marketing to tailor messaging for existing customers based on insights from customer feedback programs.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related areas of study, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing, product management, or B2B marketing experience in technology products and services.
  • Practical knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing launch framework or other Product Marketing frameworks is preferred.
  • Health care industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong desire to work with healthcare software/technology products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational efficiency and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-team projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Practical knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing launch framework or other Product Marketing framework.
