The North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that US and Canadian advertisers are inspired and empowered to build their brands on the TikTok platform. As consultative partners to the Global Business Solutions (GBS) and Product teams, we focus on driving revenue by effectively landing products and solutions in the market through a vertical lens. We are currently seeking talented individuals for an internship in 2025, aimed at providing students with industry exposure and hands-on experience. This internship program will run for 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025, and will include a vibrant mix of social events and development workshops to help interns explore their potential career paths while gaining real-world experience. Interns will have the opportunity to partner with Vertical Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to own the activation strategy and revenue for their assigned verticals. This role will focus on revenue generation and scaled activation through sales enablement, requiring a deep understanding of customer needs and the entire product suite related to their vertical. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, work closely with the Sales team to understand user pain points, and lead vertical understanding and opportunity assessments. This position will also involve representing the vertical/market with Product teams and developing strong vertical activations within the broader TikTok ecosystem.
