The Product Solutions & Operations team plays a crucial role in building comprehensive go-to-market strategies for TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is dedicated to driving product education, adoption, and revenue, while also serving as the voice of the market by collecting and prioritizing insights that shape the future of our offerings. As an intern in this team, you will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on experiences that will help you develop fundamental skills and explore potential career paths. The internship program runs for 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025, and includes a mix of social events and development workshops designed to enrich your learning experience. Successful candidates will be expected to commit to one of the specified start dates and will be prioritized based on their availability. This internship is not just about gaining experience; it’s about turning your ambitions into reality and contributing to a mission that inspires creativity and joy. In this role, you will support quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather insights into seller needs and pain points, collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, and participate in the product development lifecycle. You will also manage seller center education content and monitor key product performance metrics to drive improvements. Responsibilities

  • Support quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather insights into seller needs and pain points when it comes to using our seller center or seller App.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, to shape the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Prioritize product requirements based on ROI and impact analysis.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality, and lead user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal experience prior to product launch.
  • Support managing of seller center education content with cross-functional teams and enhance content quality.
  • Monitor key product performance metrics, conduct gap analysis, and drive product improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing and strategy in the internet industry.
  • E-commerce and B2B experience, as well as business education content management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a bias for action, comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
