About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for International at Meta's Reality Labs is responsible for driving and managing the portfolio of products across international markets. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to support product growth, ensuring alignment with customer feedback and overall portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision, strong communication skills, and extensive experience in international product marketing, particularly in consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

  • Inform and guide strategic decisions related to product growth in international markets.
  • Define prioritization, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Lead growth initiatives through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback, representing the customer perspective internally.
  • Partner with Reality Labs HW and SW teams to enhance product-market fit in international markets.
  • Develop business strategies grounded in consumer journey frameworks and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing programs based on consumer insights.
  • Work with the Sales team on category analysis and creative assets for in-market products.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing for consumer tech hardware and/or software.
  • Experience in both strategic product marketing and hands-on tactical execution.
  • Proficiency in customer research and using data to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering product launch results with various internal and external partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product marketing experience in consumer hardware and software products.
  • Domain knowledge in AR/VR, wearable devices, and mobile devices.
  • Experience with both early-stage and established products.
  • End-to-end product lifecycle management experience.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
