The Product Marketing Manager for International at Reality Labs is a pivotal role focused on driving and managing the portfolio of products across Meta's international markets. This position is integral to the International Product Marketing team, which is dedicated to building innovative products and enhancing existing offerings that align with the company's mission to create the next computing platform centered around people. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster product growth internationally, ensuring that the portfolio performs optimally while incorporating customer feedback to refine products and services. In this role, the candidate will spend a significant amount of time analyzing market dynamics and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and trade-offs related to product growth. They will define prioritization, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for various cross-functional business initiatives aimed at achieving product and engagement growth, as well as lifecycle management for a diverse range of hardware and software technologies. The candidate will lead growth initiatives by leveraging quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback, representing the customer’s perspective internally with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. Collaboration is key in this position, as the candidate will partner with multiple Reality Labs hardware and software teams to enhance product-market fit in international markets. They will also work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing programs and strategies that resonate with consumer insights, and with the Sales team to create category analysis, presentation materials, and creative assets for in-market products. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, along with extensive experience in international product marketing, particularly in consumer electronics and technology sectors.
