As a Product Marketing Manager Lead for TikTok Shop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the e-commerce experience on our platform. The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth, and TikTok is uniquely positioned to deliver an innovative and engaging shopping experience to our users. You will lead a team of product marketers dedicated to promoting TikTok Shop products, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our core audiences, including Sellers, Creators, Partners, and Shoppers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive product awareness and adoption in the U.S. marketplace. You will refine messaging, positioning, and naming conventions for TikTok Shop products, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product launches and sales enablement. Your efforts will be crucial in driving product adoption and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, as well as developing industry-leading sales enablement programs that include collateral, customer evidence, and training. You will also build strong thought leadership narratives that highlight how TikTok is shaping the future of eCommerce. This will involve digging deep into data to yield insights and working cross-functionally to integrate these insights into various work streams, including sales enablement, public relations, and analyst relations. Your leadership will inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring that we continue to innovate and grow in this competitive landscape.
