About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for the liat Respiratory Portfolio at Roche is responsible for collaborating with global business partners to drive US market requirements into the product portfolio. This role involves managing product launches, updates, and expirations, while also handling product availability inquiries. The manager will gather market input and data to create forecasts and business plans, serving as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of respiratory disease states and competitive solutions, along with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio/product strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage pandemic response activities and task force reporting.
  • Support and manage critical marketing initiatives across the Near Patient Care organization.
  • Collaborate with internal US stakeholders on forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and product updates.
  • Influence product development and lifecycle decisions as the US customer and marketing representative.
  • Serve as the technical expert for specific areas of responsibility.
  • Conduct market research and customer insight analysis to shape product strategies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to contribute to business growth.
  • Inspire impactful business solutions and positive change within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of marketing, business, sales, or related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex situations with tight timelines.
  • Experience in setting strategy vision and leading execution.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in product management and product launches.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with downstream marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing product lines and forecasting.
