About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Lifecycle at Outscal Technologies will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle strategies for wearable products, particularly focusing on customer education, engagement, and retention. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data science and marketing, to enhance customer experiences and drive product growth. The position is pivotal in shaping the customer journey and ensuring effective communication across various channels as the company expands its portfolio of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop lifecycle program for wearables from the ground up
  • Partner closely with data science & marketing to identify key moments across customer journey that educate, delight, and engage customers
  • Collaborate with Software Product Marketing to support ongoing discovery, education, and engagement with software experiences
  • Work with growth functions across product, marketing, and PMM to turn customers into advocates
  • Deliver cross-channel, customer-centric programs focused on retention and engagement

Requirements

  • 7+ years professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
  • Experience developing lifecycle strategy from the ground up
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects requiring both quantitative and qualitative thinking
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy
  • Experience working with cross-functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
  • Effective communication skills (documents, presentations)
  • Experience with global products, consumer tech, or CPG brands requiring ongoing customer education & lifecycle management
  • BA/BS degree

Nice-to-haves

  • Product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM experience with a strong track record of driving business growth
  • Prior experience with Consumer Electronics & lifecycle strategy
  • Experience working across a portfolio of products
  • Experience driving initiatives that have not been done before, including setting goals and facilitating cross-functional alignment
  • 7+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or technology
  • MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience
